Optimizing through Linkedin

Last week, I had a fantastic interaction with a fellow Make user on LinkedIn. When they shared their automation scenario, I spotted some optimization opportunities. My reply was a bold question asking if he was open for an improved version, not long after that I received an email with the blueprint and I got to work!

Improvements made:
- Defining the email content and signatures within ‘set multiple variables’ modules.
- Using if() statements to populate the content of a single email module based on the CRM’s deal stage.

This makes for a much cleaner scenario and faster to maintain/update!
